Return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your PONDER toothbrush. That's why we offer a 60-day return policy from the day you receive your order.
For us to accept your return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- With all accompanying packaging, documentation, and accessories intact
- The product seal must be unbroken
For hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns on opened or used toothbrushes and brush heads. This applies even if the product has only been tried once.
How to return:
- Send an email to kundeservice@ponderessentials.no within 60 days of receiving your order
- You will receive a return label and instructions
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Drop off the parcel at your nearest PostNord pickup point
Return shipping: The customer covers the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as PONDER is not responsible for parcels lost in transit during return.
Refund: Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation by email.
Exchanges: Would you like to exchange your product for a different variant or colour? Send us an email and we'll help you. Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order.
Warranty and complaints
PONDER toothbrushes come with a 2-year product warranty against manufacturing and material defects, in accordance with Norwegian consumer protection law. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or damage to brush heads.
If you experience a defect with your product, please contact us at kundeservice@ponderessentials.no with:
- Order number
- Description of the defect
- Photos or video showing the issue
We process warranty claims as quickly as possible and will either repair the product, send a replacement, or refund the purchase amount.
