On ponderessentials.no we collect anonymous visitor information about all visitors via Google Analytics, to acquire knowledge about how the website is used, to maintain sessions on our websites, statistics, traffic and usage patterns in order to optimize the website for you as a user.

We use the service HotJar to analyze usage patterns in order to improve user-friendliness on the site. The data is anonymous and used in aggregated form.

Use of our services

In order to make a purchase on the website, we need information from you so that we can fulfill the purchase agreement with you. We register what you have bought and your IP address.

Click and collect is a service where users on the website can keep goods in a physical store. Here we process information about name, telephone and email in order to communicate with the user.

From you

When purchasing goods at ponderessentials.no you must register your name, address, valid email address and postcode. The information is stored with us.

We send out newsletters via Klaviyo. We only send out newsletters to customers who have given us permission to communicate with them via email. If you have received newsletters from us and no longer wish to receive them, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the link in the newsletter or by sending us an e-mail tokundeservice@ponderessentials.no.

Even if you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your e-mail and telephone number will still be stored in our customer register, unless you want it to be deleted and contactkundeservice@ponderessentials.no.

Where is the personal data obtained from?

We collect personal data from you directly when you create a customer card or carry out a transaction on the website. Providing personal data is voluntary and you can withdraw your consent at any time by deactivating this in your customer account at ponderessentials.no or by sending us an emailkundeservice@ponderessentials.no.

About the sharing of personal data

In principle, we do not share personal data with other actors, but we have partners who need some information to perform services. We use payment solutions from Klarna and Vipps, which require certain information to carry out the transaction. By using the payment solutions, you accept the terms from the payment intermediary and our terms of purchase. We do not store your card number. All card transactions and payment transactions take place externally with authorized suppliers.

Helthjem and Postnord transport the goods from us to you. When you order goods from us, you commit to Helthjem and Postnord's terms and conditions and our terms of purchase.

About securing personal data

Cherry Agency AS takes your privacy seriously. For us, it is important that you have confidence that we store and process personal data in a safe and secure manner. We have therefore entered into data processing agreements with our third-party actors. These data processing agreements regulate how third parties can process data that is made available to them. The agreements state that a third-party actor may only process personal data on PONDER's behalf and for a defined purpose.

All processing of personal data that we undertake takes place within the EU/EEA area.

Complaints

If you believe that our processing of personal data is not in accordance with what we have described here or that we are in breach of privacy legislation in other ways, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

Klarna

In order to be able to offer you Klarna's payment solutions, we may transfer your personal information at checkout in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, so that Klarna can assess whether you qualify for their payment solutions and to tailor these payment solutions to you.
