Handmade in Milan, Italy.
We produce our toothbrushes in a traditional factory in Italy, with over 80 years of experience in the development and craftsmanship of dental care products. The factory has its origins in one of the first manufacturers of toothbrushes with celluloid handles.
Each toothbrush undergoes a careful process where the handles are heat-bent and hand-polished for a smooth finish, and the bristles are adapted for optimal cleaning. The toothbrushes are made with care and attention to detail, which gives a unique combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern innovation.
PONDER has a slightly different approach to dental health - where functionality meets design. We develop quality products that give that little something extra, with a special focus on aesthetics and craftsmanship. Our first One of A Kind collection consists of exclusive toothbrushes. We are already working on expanding the range to include toothpaste, dental floss and mouthwash.
The brand was created for those who want something a little different – products that not only feel like a necessity, but also part of a well-thought-out everyday life.
PONDER is developed by the performance agency Cherry Agency, with Tony Næss, co-founder of MYYK, as creative director and product developer, and Marius, former marketing manager at Milrab, as responsible for market and finance. Together, we want to challenge the traditional dental health category and make it more inspiring.

Extra soft (Ultra Soft/Super Soft)

Medium

Hard

We recommend changing your toothbrush every 3-4. month, or earlier if the bristles start to wear. This ensures optimal cleaning and hygiene.
Can my toothbrush be sterilized in boiling water?
No, we do not recommend putting the toothbrush in boiling water, as high temperatures can deform the cellulose acetate handle and expand the holes that hold the bristles. Instead, rinse the brush thoroughly after use and allow it to air dry.
Are PONDER toothbrushes environmentally friendly?
Cellulose acetate is a more sustainable alternative to traditional plastics, as it is made from renewable resources such as wood and cotton. The bristles are synthetic for hygienic and functional benefits, but we are constantly working to improve the sustainability of our products.
